For over 30 years, Pastor Robert Highley has faithfully led and cared for the Lake Phalen Community Church family through preaching, teaching, counseling, and personal connection.
He and his wife, Lisa, have three daughters—Rachel, Rebekah, and Leah. Outside of ministry, he enjoys staying active and working with his hands on repair and remodeling projects.
He is passionate about helping people grow in Christ and walking alongside them as they learn to know, love, and serve the Lord.
